SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR MENTAL HEALTH Related fields
The Michael Berube Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 Mental Health Leadership Scholarship— open to students residing in Nassau and Suffolk counties, New York, who meet the following criteria:
Graduate students or-
Undergraduate students who will have completed a minimum of 70 credit hours by June 2026.
Students in mental-health related majors such as: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related programs.

500-1000 word personal statement that addresses:
Your interest in mental health
Career goals
How this scholarship will support your educational journey
One letter of recommendation
If applicable -Letter of acceptance to a graduate program, if graduate studies will begin Fall 2026.
Awards: $1,500 – $3,000
Deadline: March 1, 2026
